The return of goods to the Seller is carried out on the condition that the goods are in the same form in which they were received, including in their original packaging, not contaminated, damaged or used. For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than the 14-day period starting from the date of receipt of the Order, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act. A refund for UNOPENED products is possible within the same 14-day period, provided the goods are in the condition in which they were received.
In the case of a return, the Buyer must provide an original receipt for the returned item and details of the bank account to which he wishes to be reimbursed. The return of the goods is carried out by sending a courier to the address: Sofia, p.k. 1000, Sredets district, Khan Krum street No. 25, and the courier costs are for the account of the Buyer.
The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of the stated desire to return, provided that the requirements for returning the goods are met. In case of cash on delivery payment, the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer. The seller is not responsible for a wrongly submitted bank account and his responsibility ends when the bank transfer is made.
In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the Buyer has the right to a replacement, with the transport costs for the return again being borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the required bank account information after repeated inquiry,
